Occupational Health and Safety Management

Preventive occupational health and safety can help companies to minimise work absences of their employees due to accidents and illness. This firstly leads to direct financial savings for the company, but also increases motivation, satisfaction and efficiency among the workforce.

Healthy and highly motivated employees are now the most important capital of companies. Properly functioning occupational health and safety must therefore represent an objective in every corporate policy. A large number of statutory provisions and other requirements must also be observed.

Systematic occupational health and safety may be based on a management system according to ISO 45001. ISO 45001 is a standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and describes the requirements for occupational health and safety management systems as well as instructions for implementation.

The structure here is closely oriented to the Standards for Quality Management and Environmental Management (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
