When you join CMC, you receive individual training as a Junior Consultant. You help your Senior Consultant to implement projects and are given the opportunity to handle smaller projects on your own. You stay in this position for 1 to 3 years.
In your capacity as a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for managing medium-sized to large projects. You therefore manage staff and are also responsible for the success of projects in an executive function. You stay in this position for 1 to 2 years.
In your capacity as a Team Manager, you are responsible for managing complex projects and personally acquiring new customers. You are responsible for project coordination within your team and for its overall success. You stay in this position for2 to 3 years.
We are looking or business-minded people who practise their profession with passion and enthusiasm. This means that we can also offer you the opportunity to engage in entrepreneurial activities in the traditional sense, i.e. as a partner and shareholder in CMC. Depending on appropriate achievements and successes, this opportunity is available to you after 4 to 8 years.
